As part of our mission, Advocate Sherman Hospital is dedicated to providing educational opportunities as a guide for the overall wellness of the communities we serve. Our responsibility is to help you stay well though preventative education. HealthReach is a collection of education and community wellness programs provided by Advocate Sherman Hospital.

HealthReach offers a full range of wellness programs from weight management to babysitting, from blood pressure control to heart healthy cooking. We provide programs designed specifically for children, seniors, mothers-to-be and people with diabetes. Advocate Sherman Hospital also offers many American Heart Association and American Red Cross first aid and CPR training courses and several wellness screenings including cholesterol, glucose and body fat.
