Patient Complaint/Grievance Process

If at any time you have a concern about patient care or safety please direct your concern to the Manager or Director over the area. If it is not resolved you may contact the Administrator over the area where the concern originated.
Filing a Complaint
In addition to the organization’s complaint process, any person may file a complaint about a health care facility to:
