• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening
• Peripheral Vascular Screening (Ankle/Brachial Index)
• Cholesterol Screening which includes: Total Lipid Panel and Glucose
• Osteoporosis Screening for Women
• Blood Pressure Screening
• Body Mass Index (BMI) and Waist Circumference

Tests will be read by a board-certified physician and the results will be sent to your individual physician. If you do not have a physician, we will help you find one.

The hospital-based food drives were part of a city-wide initiative to collect as much food as possible between January 8 and January 15−the week leading up to Martin Luther King Jr.’s birthday. The food drive was initiated by the City of Elgin Human Relations Commission to respond to recent statistics that 25% of kids in Elgin are living at poverty level. Several Elgin organizations took part in this effort.

She was soon promoted to executive secretary for the hospital’s first president, Charles Lindquist, and continued to serve its second president, Harold Salmon. She was a well-known and a highly respected employee.
